Improve “My Stuff” view with configurable columns, sorting, and option to hide backlog items

We would like to request an enhancement for the “My Stuff” functionality in IBM EWM/ALM.

There are multiple requests from users to improve this functionality, as the current view is useful but has limited options to adapt the displayed information.

Requested improvements:

  • Allow users to add, remove, or adapt the displayed columns.
  • Allow sorting by the displayed columns.
  • Support sorting by priority.
  • Support sorting by timing, for example based on the end date of the related “Planned For” iteration.
  • Add an option to hide backlog items.

This would help users to better organize their work, focus on the most relevant items, and identify urgent tasks more easily. It would also reduce the need to create separate queries only to get a better overview of personal work items.
