Add include and complex exclude filter options in ALM Plans

We would like to request an improvement for the filter options in ALM Plans.

Currently, users can use exclude filters, but this is limited when they want to filter for a specific context. For example, if a user wants to see only items from one or more specific iterations, they need to exclude everything else. This is difficult when several iterations or conditions are involved.

Use case: Show planned items for one PI and the next two iterations in the Plans view.
Current Limitation: Only items planned for one iteration can be displayed.

One options can be to use complex exclude expression e.g. "!(plannedFor:"PI1" OR plannedFor:"Iteration 1.1" OR plannedFor:"Iteration 1.2") or an INCLUDE function.
