Display Highlighted Tags for Linked Work Items in the Work Item Overview

In EWM Plans, work item tags can be displayed as colored labels next to the work item summary, making them easy to identify. 

The request is to provide the same visualization in the Links section of the work item Overview. When a linked work item is displayed, its tags should also appear as labels next to its summary, similar to the existing behavior in Plans.

This would allow users to quickly identify relevant information about linked work items without opening each item individually.

    The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
