Improve VS Code Configuration and Proxy Documentation

Context:

Many users rely on Visual Studio Code to work with IBM EWM. In corporate environments, network access often requires proxy configuration and other VS Code settings before the extension can be used successfully.

 

Problem:

The required VS Code configuration, especially proxy settings, is not sufficiently documented. Users may struggle to connect to Jazz repositories or troubleshoot connectivity issues without clear guidance.

 

Impact:

Onboarding is slowed down, support requests increase, and users may face unnecessary delays before becoming productive with the EWM VS Code extension.

 

Goal of the Idea:

Provide comprehensive documentation for configuring VS Code to work with IBM EWM, with a particular focus on proxy and network settings.
