Produce a work item query that displays all work items with RM change set links

The purpose behind this query is to view all the RM change set-related work items and their current workflow state as a means to assess overall completion of the milestone. I'm using EWM 7.1 SR1.

The trouble is that I'm not seeing a way to do this, as the change set link query functionality within EWM seems focused on SCM change sets to the exclusion of RM change sets.

So I pivoted to try to do it with Report Builder. However, Lifecycle Query Engine Relational Store doesn't seem to store any RM change set link information associated with work items. (I used the LQE named graph query against a specific work item that I know has an RM change set link but no RM change set link data was returned from the query)

Basically I think we need a filter here (see uploaded file) for RM change sets in the EWM new query conditions picker.
