EWM RFE review board has evaluated this request. To analyze the RFE, the team would need additional information on the following:
1. What type of artifacts(WI, files etc) would you like to control user read permissions by role and time?
2. What is the notion of time? e.g. Are we talking about attributes like creation/resolution time or attributes like due date or any custom time attribute?
