3 additional use cases for customized attributes in EWM SCM: view custom attributes in component history, pre-defined values

Request 1:
Current situation: It is difficult to see the customized attributes, especially when you set the custom attribute to change sets. You need to go inside the change set, click on the file in the change set. And in the document in the tab "Custom Attributes" you can see the custom attribute and its value. With time the list of change sets will be very, very long. It is not possible to go inside every change set and search for the right version of document and check for the attribute.
Request: Add a column on the History Tab and view the custom attributes for every change set.

Request 2:
Current situation: As a user, I need to type the whole name of the custom attribute. There is no picking field. It is hard to remember the right spelling of the custom attribute. The same is also for the value. If you have added the custom attribute, you also need to know the right value for the custom attribute with the right spelling.
Request: As a user, I want to have a list of pre-defined custom attribute names and a list of pre-defined values for a custom attribute. This shall be shown as a propsal, when I type the name of the custom attribute in the search function. The same shall be also for the value of the custom attribute.

Request 3:
Current situation: As a user, it is not possible currently to select the custom attribute in the condition field of JRS.
Request: As a user, I shall be able to report on custom attribute, which are set to the change set and to the files.

In 703 M22, user is able to select a custom attribute from a list of attributes defined for a project area when performing searches for SCM artifacts (streams, baselines, snapshots, files)

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
