Approval date for each users in JRS report.

Show in JRS report date when each user put their resolution in approval.
Our customers need approval report in which want to see date when each user put their resolution in approval (approved or rejected).
For example, WIs with id 120, 125 and two approvers (user1, user2). User1 set resolution 07/04/2021, user2 set resolution 10/04/2021

    - The EWM RFE Review board looked at this and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
