Optional newline after a Page Break element if followed by a paragraph element

When a Paragraph element immediately follows a Page Break element, an extra newline is added after the page break. One possible solution around this is to place the Page Break inside the following Paragraph element, however this isn't always possible (for example, inserting a Page Break right before dynamically importing another template).

It would be nice to have an option to either remove the newline after the Page Break, or to somehow automatically attach the Page Break to any following Paragraph element when the document gets compiled.

PUB RFE review board evaluated this request and determined this is a defect. Corresponding defect, '78841: Paragraph followed by a page break adds an unwanted line break' (https://jazz.net/jazz04/web/projects/Rational%20Publishing%20Engine#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=78841) is created.

We have not received your feedback on our request from July 26th, 2022. If you have not opened a support case, could you sent us a sample PUB template which would reproduce this behaviour.
