Provide basic version control of template/reports assets

It is important that we know which template generated a report. It would be ideal if each version of the template that is uploaded to document builder maintained a version number. Added to this there should be an ability to switch to a version of the template such that if a baseline created in 2020 was created with version 10 of the templateXX. CUrrent version of Template XX is 15 but we need to be able to use V10 to regenerate the document . The version ID should also be able to be reported on.. eg the word document could have a reference to the doc builder template version and name for example. This might be best implemented with a baseline of the report such that the entire asset set can be reconstructed to match a baseline of the source data (not looking for tigh integration but rather the ability to do it ... although if it had a stream to track the versions of the artifacts and were part of the GC that would be awesome... but that would be icing on the cake.

    Please also consider the 'Scripts' which is also located in the Assets. Those assets must be included within the versioning. e.g. javascript out of PUB is used within a template (dta File).
