Usage of PUB scrips in RPE by scriptname and not by ID

If you are going to use javascript from PUB (assets --> scripts) in RPE the you can add a javascript with content similar to that: <Script src= "library://api/scripts/104"></Script>. Unfortunately you have to use the key instead of the scriptname or filename. Problem here is that the key is automatically generated and can not be maintained or changed. 

Problem 1) If the script is droped and recreated then it will get a new ID and all reports have to be adapted again.

Problem 2) If an report is developed within an Development system or Validation system then it can not be put to Production as the Production system may have other IDs generated for the same scripts.

Proposed solution is to identify the javascripts by the filename or the name of the Asset (There is already a check to prevent duplicates)

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each idea suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has reviewed the idea, and based on our understanding, it is accepted as an uncommitted candidate.

    Problem is clear and PUB development team needs further time analyse it. This is planned over next couple of months. As soon as I have an update, I will update the idea. Thank you.

    Thank you for submitting idea/RFE. PUB RFE review board evaluated this request and determined it will need additional information to evaluate this request. Could you provide us with the sample PUB template and corresponding javascript to replicate behaviour indicated in the idea/RFE?
