Document Builder should support ETM local streams or it should not list ETM local streams

Document Builder supports local configurations for DNG/RM. It does not support local configurations for ETM. However, ETM local configurations/streams are listed in the UI just as they are for RM/DNG. Selecting a local ETM streams cause the Document Builder UI to hang. A browser trace while attempting to select the local steam shows the problem - that a global configuration is expected. That should either be thrown in the web UI or the local streams should not be listed.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our analysis, it determined that this idea is in a fact ETM defect, see https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=194019. Hence, we are closing this request as a defect and you can follow up with IBM support on its status.

    Thank you for submitting idea. PUB idea review board evaluated this request and determined it will need additional time to evaluate this request.

    You stated 'Document Builder supports local configurations for DNG/RM' but this is not what our internal testing shows. Could you elaborate how this was achieved, ideally with short video?
