ELO-PUB has bloated dta files which need cleaning up when a data source is removed from the template

When a datasource is added to the template it stored the xsd schema associated with it in the DTA file. When the datasource is removed it does not cleanup the xsd schema files and over time the DTA size grows. We have many examples of files which are over 2megs in size which if the template was built from scratch would only be 5-10k. The solution would be for the Pub Client to remove unreferenced xsd files within the dta during save. The bloated files are causing significant performance issues over networks due to the unnessessary file transfer.
