keep Caption together with table/figure

In PUB 7.1 the caption of a figure is printed above the figure. If the figure does not fit on the current page while printing it moves to the next page. 

Request: Printing of captions for figures and also for tables should be printed together with their context. 

Solution: For the caption the property "keep with next" should be set.

Example: Having a primary text with two big figures included. The caption of the first figure is printed on page 1 but the figure itself is printed on page 2. Directly below  figure 1 the caption of figure 2 appears but the figure itself is printed at the next page (page3).
