Enhancement Configuration Metadata

We are going to introduce the Configuration Metadata functionality which exists at a Data Source as well as at external variables in a template (dta-File). If we retrieve a lot of data (e.. all Modules or all Artifacts of specific type) then ...

1) ... the result is unordered. The data is shown as it was provided by the server which makes it difficult to find the correct entry.

2) ... for long lists it is a nightmare to select the correct one. I propose a filter field above the list to reduce the number of list entries.

3) It must be possible to use a placeholder for the serverinformation or to use relative url's. If a report is copied to a testing environment thenit has to be adapted

4) Everytime this funcionality is used in the document builder the credetional have to be provided. It must be possible to define that the loginuser credentials (to document builder) is used.
