Provide change tracking for interim-fix installation instruction

Current Documentation Format

Starting with ELM 7.0.3 iFix008, the detailed readme.txt previously included with interim fixes was replaced by links to IBM Documentation. Installation instructions are now provided on separate pages for components such as the ELM server, Jazz Reporting Service, and Lifecycle Query Engine.

Challenge

Because the installation instructions are maintained on IBM Documentation webpages, changes made after an iFix is released can be difficult to identify. The “Last Updated” date shows that a page changed, but not what changed or whether the update affects an iFix that has already been delivered. This makes it difficult for us to know whether they need to review or update their installation procedures.

Request

Please provide a change history or a notification mechanism for updates to interim-fix installation instructions. Updates should identify the affected component and iFix versions, describe what changed, and clarify whether we need to take action.
