Tags should be applicable to multiple types, not just one

I created a tag to be applicable to multiple types. However, I don't want to select "<Any>" in the "Applicable to" list of the tag, because otherwise it will be visible for every type.

Thus, I am currently forced to duplicate the tag and then select a different type in the "Applicable to" list for the various tags of the same name.

My suggestion for improvement would be to allow multiple selections in the "Applicable to" list of a tag. This avoids the duplication of tags if a tag should be applicable to more than one type but not to all types.

This is also possible, for example, with the "stereotypes" list: Several stereotypes can be checked in the list.
