Resize with ALT is good. but this should be the default behavior.

Description :

When are working with diagrams and want to resize the parts or block, normally the nested parts or blocks will also be resized together. To resize only the part and not its nested elements, then ALT should be pressed during resize.

This is nice.

This RFE calls for reversing this behavior. By default, when the part is resized, nested elements should remain the same. If the nested elements needs to be resized, then ALT should be pressed.

Because, a normal user would want to resize only the top level part and not its nested parts. Hence making it the default behavior makes much more sense.

    Hi,

    Please set the below property in Rhapsody.
    General::Graphics::ResizeWithoutContainedElements

    Note: If you want this to be the default behavior update the site.prp file.

    Hope this helps!
    Regards,
    Suneel...
