Rhapsody should not introduce metadata differences when working with multiple editions as this introduces unexpected changes.

When a pool of users work on the same model but use different editions (Developer vs Designer, for example), there is a difference in how types are attributed in the repository. For example, Designer will claim that anything of type Int is from the PredefinedTypes package, while Developer will claim that anything of type Int is from the PredefinedTypesCPP package. This metadata will be automatically 'corrected' by Rhapsody when the model is opened and saved, appropriate to whichever edition the users works with, and those 'corrections' will be included in the next delivery to RMM. Rhapsody should either respect the change, not reference the owner of the type by name or ensure consistent behaviour between all editions.
