Enhancement for Linux support of Rhapsody

This is a follow up of TS011966179. Item 1) and 3) should be handled via idea space according to IBM support.

In file C:\ProgramData\IBM\Rhapsody\9.0.1\IBM\Rhapsody\9.0.1\Share\LangCpp\Linux\linuxShare.tar are a number of problems. Furthermore, I did not found a related Readme or Install file for the end user.

1) Permissions are messed up

- executables in Share/etc are not set executable!

- header files in Share/LangCpp/ActionLanguage are set executable

2) Missing header files in linuxShare.tar

- header files from Share/Profiles are missing, which are required during model build!

NOTE: 2) will be handled by a follow up of TS011966179!

3) Remove platform specific executables

- executable dos2unix can be replaced with portable code, e.g. using sed, in etc/removeCR.sh

# use platform independent sed instead of dos2unix executable

#$etcDir/dos2unix -n $f $f.tmp 2>/dev/null

sed 's/\r$//' $f >$f.tmp

-> this will allow to build e.g. also on arm etc.
