Allow permanent disabling of Hovering Drawing Toolbar

Like many (but not all) of my colleagues, I don't use the Hovering Drawing Toolbar and it's annoying me that it takes the mouse focus when I click somewhere (thus preventing simple use of the F6 key to zoom, for example). I always turn this toolbar off as soon as I open Rhapsody, but it's a pain to have to do that every time. Could you please make this setting (on/off) remembered by Rhapsody, for example in the .rpwx file?

Yes, I agree. I have just tried some tests in Rhapsody to understand why the Hovering Drawing Toolbar is sooooo irritating. When I just focus on it, it seems to work well. However, in daily use there is nothing so annoying as this toolbar popping up in your way over and over again. I guess I am in the habit of clicking on the diagram background just to "touch the canvas". Either the toolbar interaction needs improving, or the toolbar needs to be disable-able, on a per-user basis. (As the OP says, in .rpwx, NOT in .rpyx).
