Introduce support for silent installation of DOORS client in system account context commonly used in systems management tools

The current logic for DOORS client silent installation installer routines relies on being run in a proper user context  (for example 'Administrator' or a local administrator user) to have appropriate write access to unpacking files paths on the file system. This creates issues with some software distribution solutions, that run in a system acocunt context instead.
