Provide a facility in DOORS 9 client to give OSLC connections unique/identifiable (in the context of DOORS 9) names.

OSLC connections can be configured for linking in DOORS 9.

A configured connection takes its description / name from the remote project it points at.

In a scenario where multiple / separate remote systems are home to similarly named projects / connection end points, the DOORS 9 client UI will only show those names in dialogues for picking such connections / endpoints. This is a usability challenge, where for example a user has to 'know' which one of 5 "Project ABC XYZ" targets are the correct one.

To allow a user to identify the specific connection during linking, a facility to either manually name identifiers or automatically create them from other connection properties, is therefore required.
