Force user to set a new password, triggered by customization

Because of company mailing policy, the [Reset Password] button does not work, and we solve password reset with customization tools.

However the newly set password - with 

addUser (szDoorsName, szPassword, "");  

OR

 u.password = szPassword;

on the first login user does NOT get the message:

The password for user 'MarySue' has expired, and must be changed before continuing.
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

and after that the "Change password window".

It would be nice to be able to trigger this routine from customization also.

This will increase the security of DOORS usage.

Also with this feature, triggered on it's own (without setting new password) we could comply company's security requirement to change password regularly.
