Rational Directory Server migration - add the ability to chunk the migration into smaller groups and improve logging

The current implementatio of the LDAP integration uses a migration utility in Rational Directory Administrator 6.0.0.3 to migrate users and groups from one Rational Directory Server to another. When the corporate ldap is large the migration takes a long time. As an example, a recent migration took 44 hours to migrate 51,000 users from the source to the target directory server. There is no logging information available until the utility completes and it seems to run slower as it goes on, possibly holding results in memory? At the end of the 44 hours I found that only 8400 users had been successfully migrated, the rest had all failed. The ability to add a chunking of users to the command line would potentially reduce the overall time taken and provide faster visibility of failed migrations. Adding logging as it goes would also help the situation. I would like to see the ability to run the migration to migrate all users but in chunks of nnnn users i.e. migrate all users, 1000 at a time. At the very least update the log when a failure happens, if it happens after 20 minutes, it would save a LOT of time.
