Implement GUI enhancements to make usage of Baseline Signatures useful

Currently, the DOORS Baseline Signatures are shown in a different/independent dialog-box, which makes it very (!) hard to users to get the information that Signatures are attached (to a BL).

Therefore the signatures must be shown in the Manage Baseline dialog (File > Manage Baselines), which helps users to directly see that Signatures are attached.
Otherwise the Signature-information is not really visible to users as the must first select the correct BL (they know that a signature is assigned!) and the click to the button Signature.
This is very cumbersome!

So best is, to show the additional columns Signatory, Date/Time, Label and Comments of the last assigned Signature for every Baseline in the Manage Baselines dialog.

If more than one Signature is assigned to a BL, the user shall click to the button Signatures to show all Signatures on demand. Of-course, the button to show all 
Note that the Baseline Signatures dialog-box must be sorted that the newest Date/Time-record is on top! (think of a number of data which is higher than the size of the dialog. The user must scroll every time to see the important information/the last Signature!).

And (btw.) The Signatures button in the Manage Baselines dialog-box should have 3 trailing dots ("...") in the name due to the functionality of the called sub-dialog-box?! => [Signatures...]
