Configurability of the the display of links information

When right clicking on a link in DOORS, there is a display of the path to the linked module and then the display of the Absolute Number. It would be very useful if we could configure this display with the content of some attributes of the linked object (for example a custom ID or other) like in DNG.

Context:

When right clicking on a link in DOORS, there is a display of the path to the linked module and then only the display of the Absolute Number which remains poor information to have an idea of the targeted object.

Problem:

Information displayed of absolute number is very short in terms of usability. More information on the targetted objects could be beneficial in terms of usability

Impact:

Each time we want to see what is defined at the target of the link, it is frustrating to have to click on the object to see an overview of the object attributes.

Goal of the Idea:

To provide the capability to configure the list of information (attributes) to be displayed from the target object of a link. The aim is to have the same kind of hover as in DNG but with configurable attributes.

Why is it useful?:

It eases the navigation experience and to capture the information without loosing time to open the module and select the right view to display some informations.

How should it work?:

Add the capability to select the minimum attributes to be displayed in the hover.
