Restrict File Picker dialogues' file system visibility in DOORS 9 client to specific and/or pre-configured paths

In various places in DOORS Client, file pickers are use to specify file system paths for loading or saving various types of files (exports, templates, DXL).

Currently, this is implemented through the operating system's interfaces and file system visibility is governed by the file system access granted to the Windows user who is running the DOORS client application binary doors.exe .

The idea to restrict this visibility further to only paths that are relevant to the feature using the file picker, is to isolate DOORS client further from the underlying operating system and Windows user. This is thought as an alternative/parallel mechanism to restricting / securing the Windows user who runs the DOORS client.
