Provide a tool that allows incremental file system backups of DOORS 9 database data folders

DOORS 9 databases are growing as the product sees sustained use over years and decades. Backup requirements can run into limitations where full data folder backups aren't possible in a timely fashion; especially where the DOORS 9 server process is shut down to satisfy the requirement for valid file states.

It would be highly useful, if IBM can create a suitable tool, that will allow speedy, incremental, ideally "during runtime" backups of DOORS 9 data folders, for example integrated into dbadmin or DBS Administrator tools.
