Allow DOORS 9.7.2.x and beyond to recognize, import, and handle SVG format files

Our modeling team is using Cameo for developing models. While they can export views from the model in traditional various picture format (.jpg, .png, etc.) these do not scale clearly in DOORS, which is our tool of record for requirements. Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files maintains resolution at various zoom scales. Cameo supports exporting pictures in SVG format. We have just transitioned to Office 365 and Word 365 also supports SVGs, allowing people to view details at any scale. We are being hammered by folks asking why we should continue to use DOORS as our tool of record for requirements when folks would need to go outside of DOORS, i.e., back to Cameo, in order to view these detailed modeling artifacts. This inability to support import of SVG format files as pictures is being used as another arrow in the Cameo camp's quiver to get rid of DOORS and have Cameo become the tool of record for requirements (and it doesn’t matter that I point out the serious deficiencies of Cameo).
