add doors:// to the LPARAM list for URI highlighting in RichEdit Control

DOORS Client uses RichEdit Control for (rich) text editing / rendering. As part of the control's features, URIs that begin with a protocol from a set list (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6610607) are automatically recognised, highlighted and made clickable to be passed to the configured web browser. Unfortunately doors:// isn't part of that list by default. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10042717/is-there-any-way-to-modify-the-default-protocol-schemes-recognized-by-the-rich-e?rq=1 suggests that there's a LPARAM list during RichEdit control invocation which may be used to add doors:// to the list of recognised protocols. We request that this is investigated and added to DOORS client if feasible. Essentially, we're asking that DOORS client highlights and makes clickable doors:// URIs just as it already does with http(s)/ftp/etc:// .
