MultiValue Attribute Property value "Remove unchecked values" should be unchecked by default

In the attribute value dialog selecting multiple attributes and modifying multi value attribute the setting for 'Remove unchecked values' is always set. 
This leads to unwanted modifications. 
The default should be unchecked. 
Furthermore this setting will not be saved for next time. 
 

The customer would like this option unchecked by default. 

Another option would be to allow this option to have the default set in the Database Properties, which would save the customer time and effort by setting the option globally for all users.

    It would be great to allow for example a local Admin group to configure this default value.
