Granular Access Control by Groups

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

I would like to request an enhancement for DOORS Next that allows project administrators to define access permissions at a more granular level. Specifically, the ability to configure visibility for folders, modules, and artifacts based on user groups.

Why this feature would be beneficial:

  1. Improved Security and Confidentiality – Certain teams or stakeholders should only access relevant project sections, reducing the risk of unauthorized viewing or editing.
  2. Better Organization and Usability – Large projects often involve multiple teams with different scopes. Controlling visibility by group ensures users see only the content relevant to their work.

Thanks!
