Need an option update the font type, font size, and text color for all the artifacts in the module

Reference PMR:TS001953611:
we have a requirement from our users that they have a module with 792 artifacts and some of the artifacts are in different font, size etc.

They want to update the font type, font size, and text color for all the artifacts in the module in a single shot.

Could see that there is no out of box option to do this, also seen the below rfe to define the Default format and content per artifact type

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans.
