DNG should be able to export table data correctly even if there are empty spaces present

We are trying to export a module with tables in it from DNG in CSV format. The table has some empty spaces in it. When the exported CSV file is open, it shows some characters in the empty spaces of table. We expect that the DNG export of data as CSV should be accurate and should not contain any special characters in place of empty spaces.

We have opened a PMR ticket and reported the issue to IBM Support team. However, the support team rejected this issue as a defect and asked us to raise a RFE for the same. The reason being DNG uses third party editor and the editor tool team does not consider this as a defect. PMR# TS017530195.
