Upgrade primary text attribute with more than 256 characters with internal and external links.

Instead of having 2 separate attributes, one for the primary text and another attribute for the link referencing information, it would be helpful to have both in a single primary text attribute. In this way reporting of the primary text attribute can contain a link to reference other documentation. In our case, primary text can become very large so we need it to be capable to handle more than 256 characters, while still being able to contain a link to some referencing document.
