When artifacts are duplicated with links, create the reverse relationship.

When an artifact is duplicated that contains links, the new version of the artifact contains the links but the reverse relationship does not exist.

For example, if a Test Case with links to requirements are duplicated, the newly created Test Case contains links to the same requirements. From the requirement perspective, you can see the links to the old Test Case, but there are no new links created to the new Test Case.

This presents an issue with linking and reporting as not all links are displayed from the requirement's perspective, making this feature unusable. To resolve this issue, ensure that the reverse relationships are created when an artifact is created containing links.
