Add support for OAuth2

To add support for OAuth2, as nowadays Office365 and Google enforces OAuth2 as part of the new security standard for integrations.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each idea suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has reviewed the idea, and based on our understanding, it is accepted as an uncommitted candidate.

    Thanks for sharing the link. The OAuth2 I am referring to, is when user forgets the password in Jazz Team Server Users section and tries to initiate a password reset via the link (see attached). However, email sending via username and password authentication for Office365 and Google no longer works as it now uses OAuth2.

    DOORS Next which is part of the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) solution already supports Oauth2.
