When using Views, the possibly added extra filters on top of the View (and user is not saving that to View) should be possible to float over to other View, if user switches View

When using Views, the possibly added extra filters on top of the View (and user is not saving that to View) should be allowed to float to other View, if user switches View.

There should be an option for user to allow selecting this Filter floating.

    .Thanks for the additional details.
You wrote: "After that, user wants to see filtered result using different Views."
However, a view is the combination of a filter and a column layout. So today, selecting a different view applies both a different filter as well as a different column layout.
Are you then asking for the ability to apply a different saved column layout while keeping the existing filter from the currently selected view?
In other words, are you asking for a capability to create, save and apply a column layout independently from a filter?

No. The idea is that user first uses Filter e.g. in default Module View. Then user gets filter results. After that, user wants to see filtered result using different Views. And This viewing should NOT alter existing Views.

Main idea is that users have created Views for attribute checks, for Link A + attributes and Link B + attributes.. and they want to investigate Filtered result against these other Views.

Adding extra filters on top of an existing view is in fact putting the view in edit mode and gives the user the option to save the modified view.
This can be done at once for multiple views. Therefore, several views can be in edit mode with unsaved different modifications at once.
Would you like to replace this current behavior with the new proposed behavior in this idea?

Assuming the current behavior would be completely replaced by this new proposed behavior in this idea, if one of the extra filters is conflicting with one of the filters in the new selected view, then would you like to ignore and hide the conflicting extra filter(s) or to tell the user that the new selected view combined with the extra filters cannot be used?
