Restore rmPurge command functionality in version 7.0.3 (and later)

It is not viable to use repotools utility command rmPurge successfully. Its functionality is not available from ELM 7.x on even if the command itself is listed in repotools documentation which is misleading. I wish there should be a method to delete/purge data from Requirement Management implemented as soon as possible as it was in former versions of DOORS Next. The customers that want to split data after selling out a part of the business (like one of our client) have no easy way to separate data in a secure way. Unfortunately, IBM does not share internal documentation about physical data model on the Back-End side to business partners. Without it, it  is quite a challenging task to develop a script in SQL targeting data for specific project and executed from IBM DB2 Data Studio, even if it's doable.
