In Module view, move LOCK button to hamburger menu

LOCK button is on the Module View in RM UI visible on the top right corner, between Search and Refresh button. But now it is too easy to click by mistake. And then users keep locking modules by mistake when they just use search and refresh buttons. Other users then cannot edit data and they need to hunt down the user who locked it to get it unlocked.

Proposal is to remove LOCK and move it to hamburger menu.
