7.1 DNG-Enhanced Filtering for UI FunctionalitY is giving unexpected output with the AND operator at the starting.

During the testing user reported, user reported 1 unexpected behavior when in the filtering logic the 'Logical Operator' is added in the beginning.

The indication of the max number of artifacts at the end of the page is wrong as soon as a group filter is added in the beginning.
It can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. add a simple filter directly on the main page, apply the filter and notice the "Showing X of Y" artifact count at the bottom of the page
2. expand the filter, create the logical group and drag the existing filter inside the logical group, apply the change.
3. note that now at the bottom of the page there is "Showing X of X", so the max number of items is wrong
4. now even if moving back the filter on the top level, or applying one additional condition, the "X" will not change.
5. Expected is that the 'X' value should get changed.
