7.1 Error message "This filter already exists" during filtering.

It is possible to filter for the same attribute twice in the same group, but depending on the procedure, the error message can be seen (preventing the user to continue).
1. Add one filter in a AND group
2. try to add again the same attribute in the group, it will fail with the error message "This filter already exists" 
3. create an additional group
4. add the same attribute in the new group
5. drag and drop the added attribute in the original group and the filtering will be working correctly.

→ the error message should not be raised since this is an allowed/working filter configuration
