ERM Author Shared View creation for ETM Reconciliation Operations

The ETM Reconcile Operation has much power and advantage to the ETM Test Author. However there is a strong dependency on ERM to use the feature which depends entirely on the following. To make reconciling testcases to requirements, views must be created in ERM. These must be "shared" and "just for this module".  ETM Test Users have by design limited permissions in ERM. These ETM Authors permissions cannot create shared views, a role relegated to ERM Admins only. Because of this, the ETM Author can use the reconcile feature. The ETM Author must find and then request the ERM Admin to create such a Shared View Module View. Which is extremely specific to the Test Plan that the ETM Author is constructing. And this communication must be repeated whenever the reconcile function is repeated for any revised Test Plan construction. In fact it forces the ERM Admin to get into the business of ETM Author work. Totally against the distributed work model and completely inefficient.

If globally shared view creation is permitted, this will solve the problem but bears the risk of messing up the module with many views created by ETM users.

So the request is to create a special role for this use case.

In our defined usage of ERM, we already include a role called TMAuthorLimited which effectively provides limited permissions of TM Authors in ERM to modify some Test Related ERM attributes and to create horizontal traceability. This same role could be extended to include the required permission for Shared Module Views.

Consider this lovely feature enhancement to an already useful Reconcile Feature that has permission limitations due to a poorly developed ERM/ETM permission model.

In the RM application, there is an existing permission "Save Shared View" which can be assigned to any role.
It can for example be added to the role assigned to tester in the RM application.
Could you please clarify what additional enhancement would be needed?
