Allow Filtering by "Validated By" Link Type in Views When Configuration Management Is Enabled

Currently, when Configuration Management (CM) is enabled in DOORS Next, it's not possible to create filters in module views based on link types that point to artifacts in other components, such as "Validated By" links to Test Cases in ETM.

Even though these links are correctly created, visible in the module (e.g., in the "Validated By" column), and accessible via Global Configuration, the filter dialog in the view configuration does not show "Validated By" as an available link type. This limits traceability and quality management workflows within regulated environments where filtering by validation status is essential.

Please enable support for filtering by OSLC link types (such as "Validated By") in module views, even when the link points to artifacts in a different component, as long as they are all included in the same Global Configuration.

This would make traceability filtering fully functional and consistent with what is already visible in the UI. It is especially useful for quality assurance, test coverage analysis, and audit readiness in CM-enabled environments.
