If new artifact is created inside Change Set, and it is linked using Global Configuration Personal Stream, it should not show similar way as links to deleted Artifacts

Currently there is ambiguous view in DNG with links. Linked artifact inside non-delivered CS and link to deleted Artifact is shown the same way, leading to confusion.

Prerequisites: Clobal Configuration Stream, with 2 RM Components and some link enabled between these 2 RM Components.

  1. In RM Component 1, create Change Set in global conf context

  2. Navigate to GC Personal Stream i.e. in your GC Change Set

  3. Create some new artifact in RM component 1

  4. Create a link between new artifact in RM Component 1 to some artifact in RM Component 2

  5. Go to RM Component 2 - you are still your GC personal stream i.e. GC Change Set

  6. Navigate to Global Configuration Stream

  7. View the link from RM Component 2 artifact. It is shown as "Ghost link" since the other end is inside of user's GC Personal Stream Change Set. And since links to any DELETED Artifacts is shown the same way, this is very confusing.

The situation remains the same until user delivers GC Change Set. This might take long time.

System should make difference in this case. I would expect that Artifact in RM2 component is not showing the link in Global Configuration Stream as the CS is not delivered yet - OR the Artifact in GC Change Set is marked differently to tell that it is existing Artifact, and not deleted Artifact.

    If the link is outgoing from RM Component 2, then the link should be created in a Change Set of RM Component 2, so that it is only visible in the GC personal stream.
