Allow module artifacts to be used in reviews

Currently if you want to review single artifacts or specific chapters or maybe a view with filter in a module, you have to either review the whole module or the base artifacts. 
However, users have reported, that it would make more sense and be more intuitive and user friendly to be able to review specific module artifacts. 
When reviewing a whole module new artifacts since the review or changed artifacts since the review get neglected. You can either review the base artifact which means switching between the module and the folder or review the whole module. Both is not user friendly and does not utilize the review functionality correctly.

This way the reviews, which the specific artifact was part of, could be able to be displayed as an artifact attribute.
