ReqIF export / import should also transfer initial value setting of type system

Setup:

-        DNG, config enabled

-        in a component type system define enum and/or boolean attributes and set an "initial value" for these attributes

-        assign these attributes to 1 or more artifact types

-        in the component, create a module with some artifacts (of all types that have the attributes assigned)

-        create a ReqIF definition, include the module (without any filter by view) and export it

-        create a new component (without type system) and import the ReqIF (import ReqIF (not advanced) and keep the default settings)

 

expected result:

-        the module with all its artifacts and attribute values is imported in the new component

-        the type system of the new component is identical with all its settings to the type system of the original (export) component

 

actual result:

-        the "initial value" settings in the attribute definition in the component properties are missing in the new component for all attributes (explicitly tested with Boolean, single & multi value enum)
