Component Wide Admin of Views

Currently, Views have to be managed within the scope of purview of the View. e.g. Views defined for all Modules of Type X, the User must be looking at a Module of Type X to manage the View.

Issue: For organizations migrating into DOORS Next from a legacy portfolio from DOORS Classic, the historical glut of Views were migrated in defined with a purview of Just this Module, so we had 100+ Views imported into some of our Components, against EACH MODULE, which in some cases could be well over 50+ (for a total of over 5000+ instances of Views). Managing these is impractical via current means.

Solution: Enable Admins the ability to manage all views within a Component from a single UI, including ability to select Views and change their scope of Purview, enabling the deletion of any View with the same name already defined in the destination purview (with a warning message prior). E.g. 50 Modules of Type X with Views sharing the same name across each, Admin needs the ability to set one of these to be shown across all Modules of Type X, deleting the other 49 Views of the same name.
