Link from/to SCM resources should be displayed in ERM

Context: In EWM we have the possibility to create a link directly from a source control file to a requirement. The link is well displayed in EWM but does not appear in the requirement itself.

Problem: The link is displayed in EWM, we can follow it to the requirement, but from the requirement we cannot the see the link.

Impact: From ERM we don't have the information about the requirement linked to a file in EWM. 

Goal of the idea: Make the link visible from ERM (as 'Implemented by" for example).

Why it is useful ?: It is useful to have the information about the file linked directly from ERM and not only from EWM. 

How should it work ?: In a requirment we should see an OSLC link to the file or the SCM resource linked.
